 ORDERING & PAYMENT 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

We currently accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All transactions are secure and encrypted.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?


 Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting our customer service team at hi@polyphony.store.

 SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

 WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

 

We currently ship to the USA, Mexico, Canada, and parts of Asia and Europe.

If shipping to your region isn't available, contact us and we will try to add it!

WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY?
 

Shipping for all orders outside the USA is an estimate only!  Polyphony reserves the right to request payment for additional shipping and/or cancel international orders at our sole discretion.  Polyphony will always declare the full value of purchases.  Any and all customs, duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
 

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
 

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s site.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
 

Because of the collectible nature of many of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If an item you received is damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item at hi@polyphony.store.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS LIMITED EDITION?
 

Yes, many of our products are limited edition and may not be restocked once sold out. Be sure to grab them quickly!
